What do you know? A digital marketing firm, Studiocom, is spearheading the Steve Jobs Day, a memorial for the technological whiz who practically changed the smart-phone industry. The day earmarked for October 14 is encouraging people to wear black and his trademark turtleneck.
The day’s Facebook event page is asking people to join in tribute to Jobs by tweeting about him and dressing like him. It also calls for those wishing to contribute financially to support this day to donate to cancer research in his memory (https://www.cancer.org/involved/donate/donateonlinenow/index)
